From Saturday 2 till Saturday 9 of June 2012Tecdiving.nl organizes a cave diving trip to the Dordogne in France.
We found a new base, in the middle of the famous French cave diving district of the Dordogne. It is a large villa with a pool, lots of bedrooms, a closed veranda and a enormous garden.

During this trip you can attend the following courses;
- Cavern (SDI/IANTD/PADI)
- Intro to Cave (TDI/IANTD)
- Full Cave (TDI/IANTD)
But, if you are a certified cave diver, you can also join to enjoy the luxury we offer by providing you with all the needed facilities.
The mobile filling station from SubPro.nl makes it possible to fill your tanks on location with air, nitrox or trimix on location to a maximum pressure of 330 bars.

On Monday the 23rd of April 2012 Tecdiving.nl will organize a test day for the SistemA Sidemount configuration as well as the SF2 backmount and sidemount rebreather.
This day will be organized together with Tom Jaspers, one of the developers of the brand new SF2 rebreather.
You can choose from the following options;
1. A try dive with the SistemA Sidemount Harness and Trim with Open Circuit.
You will be guided by one of our experienced sidemount instructors on a aprox. 40 minute tour in the beautiful and clear Vinkeveense Plassen .
The costs for this try dive are €35,-.
2. A try dive with the new SF2 rebreather
After being taken trough the functionality of this unit you will be taken on 40 minute dive. You will be guided one on one by an experienced instructor.
This dive will cost you only €55,-.
3. For the first time it is possible to make a try dive with the newly developed SF2 rebreather in sidemount configuration . This rebreather is will proof to be a real revolution in the diving business. Grab this opportunity to be one of the first people to dive it!
The costs for this 40 minute dive will be €55,-
Ofcourse its possible to register for 2 or 3 programs on this one day.
For all paticipants there will be coffe or thea during the day.
Fill out the web form below to register. The day will start at 9:30 on Zandeiland 4 in Vinkeveen (The Netherlands). Every hour starts a new set of try dives. All rebreather dives will be made one on one. The open circuit dives will be made with one instructor and two participants.
After registration you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a invoice. Your registration is complete after transferring the amount on the invoice.
Finally some of the SistemA Sidemount Divers found the time to test the equipment in the French caves. In the 3rd week of February 2012 Tom Jaspers from Trimix.net organized a trip to the Lot area.
This was a perfect opportunity to test the SistemA gear in combination with open circuit and with the SF 2 sidemount rebreather on some beautiful cave dives.

All SistemA Divers were very pleased with the equipment. Being not specifically designed for cave diving, the harness and the Trim functioned very well. Even in some of the tighter parts of the caves.
In June 2012 Tecdiving.nl will organize the next cave diving trip. During this week some more testing will be done.

The 14th edition of the TECHMEETING was held in Bratislava, Slovakia. A big meeting for technical diver with visitors from, among others, Chech Republic, Poland, Slavakia, Austria and even Holland.

The organization was in hands of Peter Kubika with the help of David Skoumal and Sivetr Peknik.
Big names from all over the world gave several presentations. Bill Stone, Pascal Bernabe and Nick Toussaint where the most well-known speakers.

On the show were some real novelty’s to be found. One of the most interesting was the LOLA dry suit deflation system. With this new development its possible to deflate the suit by pressing a button on the inflator unit. This makes rolling or tilting unnecessary. Ideal for, for example, photografers.

It is already over. The nine-day diving exhibition at BOOT Düsseldorf attracted again large crowds this year. On our shared stand was much news to see and there was so much public interest.
The new shaftless scooter from H20, the SF2 eCCR and SF2 eCCR side mount rebreather were all first shown to the general public.
The Sistema Sidemount harness and Trim made their official German premiere.
The reactions were very positive. For many Dutch, Belgian, French and English visitors this was a first introduction to our new products.

On the 14th of February 2012 we will start with a new Rescue Diver Course. All lessons will be given in English.
The course will be finished before the end of March. Due to the water temperature students have to be able to dive in a dry suit. Dry suits can be rented at our dive center.

“If you can’t or if you don’t dare to make a dive on your own, you shouldn’t make the dive!” This statement applies to every diver and every dive!
Solo diving is still abit of a taboo. But, many people make solo dives without realizing it. They dive with young kids, or with absolute beginners etc.. You can’t expect these buddy to rescue you when you get in trouble.
During the SDI SOLO DIVER course you will learn all the skills needed to rescue yourself in most situations.
Naturally you are qualified to dive on your own after finishing this training but most of all you are a much saver buddy! During the training you’ll learn all about dive planning, gas management, etc.. During the dives you will be trained in some extra skills which are essential to solo diver.
The training consist of three theorie sessions, and 4 open water dives. You can combine this training with the SDI Open Water Sidemount Diver course. You’ll then have one more theorie session and two more open water dives.
To join this course you must be 21 years old and you must have 100 logged dives. The course will be held in Vinkeveen(NL).

On February the 4th and the 5th the 14th international TECHMEETING will be held in Bratislava, Slovak Republic.
This two day event is the biggest and most important of its sort in eastern Europe. Great brands and names will be present. There will be presentations from, among others, Bill Stone, Pascal Bernabe and Jiri Hurab.

On Thursday 29-12-2011 Tom Jaspers and Thomas Friese made a successful test dive with the SF2 Sidemount rebreather in the Wiehltallsperre in Germany.
Thomas Friese is developing this unit and is using the SistemA harness and Trim for some time now. For Tom we made a special Trim the SF2 logo on it.
Tom and Thomas are both very pleased with the combination of the SF2 with the Tecdiving system.
The plan is to show the SF2 Sidemount to the public for the first time on BOOT Düsseldorf in the end of January 2012. Come and have a look yourself.
